Built around a real working day.
At 36, I’ve spent 15 years doing sedentary computer work. In parallel, I’ve trained seriously, coached people for seven years and kept a lean physique year-round.
My personal training and nutrition qualification is from Eufa Bulgaria. I lead both personal and group training. Competition is part of my story, but your starting point is your own.

Alongside one-to-one work, I lead group sessions. The people, the shared effort and the routine are a big part of why I enjoy coaching.

Alongside coaching, I built the personalised Power Body with Miki web app and am developing Movezy Fit. Software and training meet in the practical details: schedules, bookings and clear communication.
